MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 1700 BY PRESIDENT SAM VALENZA

  1. Approval of minutes of 1 December 2014 – Approved 6-0
  2. Financial Report – accepted, attached by reference
  3. Summary of 2014 receivables, attached reference
  4. 2015 dues status – 57% received
  5. 2015 Club Projects
    1. Hand gun/.22 rifle range
      1. Pulley system – 2 designs being worked on
      2. Signs – no additional ones needed
  • Fence – no needed
  1. Construction of 5 stand deck – 2 designs under consideration
  2. Electrical power for 5 stand and hand gun range – on hold
  3. Cameras for 5 stand and hand gun range – on hold
  1. 2015 elections – all nominations must be RECEIVED or POSTMARKED no later than 31 January 2015
  2. New Business
    1. Vote to buy new coffee maker – approved 6-0
    2. Targets – White Flyer now meet Champion price – will buy them
    3. Lease renewal – Expires 1 March 2015. Currently $7,500 per year.  Sam Valenza, John Bailey, and Harley Shepherd will meet with S&T
  3. 2015 Scheduled Events
    1. Annual meeting – 0900, Saturday, 28 March
    2. Spring Clean-up – Saturday, 2 May, 0800 – 1200
    3. Landfill lunch – Tuesday, 8 September, 1130
    4. Braggin Rights shoot – Saturday, 10 October, 0900
