 MEETING CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT SAM VALENZA AT 0900

 Approval of Minutes of 6 November 2012 – Approved 4-0

1. Financial Report – Presented, attached by reference
2. Club Projects
   1. 2^nd coat of paint on Skeet Houses on 2 and 3 – In spring
   2. Paint Bathrooms and Kitchen – In process
3. Business cards – available to Board members who request them
4. 2013 Elections
   1. Will be done by computer, system up and already tested
   2. Offices open

                                                              i.      V.P. and Treasurer – 2 year terms

                                                            ii.      3 1 year directorships

3. Nominations – Now open, method of nominating will be spelled out in dues invoice
5. New remotes for skeet fields are here and being installed
6. New Business
   1. Updated website – check it out
   2. Elections voting test – successfully completed
   3. Hand gun/.22 rifle range
