2019 Projects:
Additional concrete work to complete sidewalks on field 1 station 8 to 4 and from stair case sidewalks to semi-circle on all skeet fields
Blacktop area from barn entrance to parking lot.

Meeting called to order at 5: 30 by President Sam Valenza
Minutes of January 7, 2019 – Accepted as presented 5-0
Treasurers Report: Accepted as read, attached by reference.
A 2019 budget passed 5-0.
Dues renewal complete.
The BoD received a letter stating there is enough ground contamination so that a well is not feasible on our property. Therefore the water was tested for VOC by an independent lab and molds and bacteria were checked by Winnebago County. Both tests were negative for contaminants. The water in the clubhouse is potable. Also, our water is from a deep water well located on the corner of Baxter and Lindenwood.
Jeff Celletti is organizing a trap league for the summer. Further information is coming but it will start April 17 and run 10 weeks.
Mowing duties were again accepted by the Lawn Group (formerly known as The Sycamores). They will receive an increase in mowing fees from $35 to $50 per cut.

Instead of organized shoots throughout the year several lunches will be provided In support of various shooting venues.

New Business:
The Board will set up meeting with NIRPC to discuss status of land deal with S&T. Meeting tentatively scheduled for February 2019. No change
To improve and provide consistent safety briefings to new and current members, a review of current documentation and development of an implementation plan is being undertaken. Action: Randy Scott.
A review of the club policies and procedures is being conducted for relevancy. Action Al Perry.
BoD elections are upcoming in March. All three directors and VP and Treasurer are up for election. No Change
