1.     Meeting called to order at 5:30 by President Sam Valenza

2.     Minutes of July / 2021 – Approved, 6-0

3.    Treasurers Report:  Approved, 6-0

4.    2021 Projects:

a.     Additional concrete work to complete sidewalks on field 1 station 8 to 4 and from stair case sidewalks to semi-circle on all skeet fields. – 8/4/21  

b.     Skeet houses and Trap houses maintenance Completed

c.     Paint propane tank – Todd Hendreys, ?????????????

d.   9 skeet posts to be replaced. Approved

6.          2021  Events.

a.   Annual meeting – 7/17   8:30 A.M.   Completed

b. Club fun day – July 17 Completed.  Next years July 16^th 2022

c.  Registered Skeet Shoot – Canceled

d.  Landfill lunch – September 17th

e. Family pig roast – October 2nd

2. Target stands for pistol range. Purchased

3.  Land sale, completed 7/29/21

a. Shooting Instructions for venues, Approved. 5-stand to be on 9/12/ 21
