MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 1700 BY PRESIDENT SAM VALENZA

1. Approval of minutes of 6 October 2014 – Approved 6-0
2. Treasurers report – accepted, attached by reference
3. 2014 Club projects
   1. Hand gun/.22 rifle range – completion by end of November
   2. Construction of 5 stand deck – 2 designs under review – on hold
   3. Electrical power for 5 stand and hand gun range – Tabled
   4. Cameras for 5 stand and hand gun range – in process
   5. Total cost for hand range at approximately $10,000
4. 2014 Events
   1. Braggin Rights shoot – completed 11 October
   2. Geezer shoot – completed 1 November (23 shooters)
5. Carpet cleaning – scheduled for Wednesday morning, 12 November
6. New Business
   1. 2015 elections
      1. Vice-President and Treasurer – 2 year terms
      2. 3 Directors – 1 year term
   2. 2015 dues – $125, forms will be mailed
   3. Skeet field heaters installed on machines, timers will be added
   4. 2014 mowing report – 31 mows, total cost to club of $1,208.92 Approved 6-0
   5. Targets – will be ordered in December
   6. Compensation for workers on hand gun range – 100 rounds, Approved 5-0-1
7. Business of members – none
