BOD Meeting of January 7, 2019

PRESENT: Sam Valenza, Larry Ohda, Al Perry, Harley Shepherd, Terry VanDenboom Todd Hendry, Randy Scott,
ABSENT: None

Meeting called to order at 5: 30 by President Sam Valenza

Minutes of December 3, 2018 – Accepted as presented 6-0

Treasurers Report:
Accepted as read, attached by reference.

A 2019 budget was presented by the treasurer for Board review.

2019 Projects:
Additional concrete work to complete sidewalks on field 1 station 8 to 4 and from stair case sidewalks to semi-circle on all skeet fields
Blacktop area from barn entrance to parking lot.

Notices:
Dues renewal will begin in December 2018 through January 2019. Payment must be received by February 1, 2019. No change

2019 Events:
Annual meeting – 3/30/2019
Spring Clean-up – 5/4
Silver Dollar Shoot – June 22 & 23
Landfill Lunch – 9/20
Bragging Rights shoot – 10/12

Instead of organized shoots throughout the year several lunches will be provided In support of various shooting venues.
5 Stand – April 27
Trap General shooting – July 13

New Business:
The Board will set up meeting with NIRPC to discuss status of land deal with S&T. Meeting tentatively scheduled for February 2019.
To improve and provide consistent safety briefings to new and current members, a review of current documentation and development of an implementation plan is being undertaken. Action: Randy Scott.

Jeff Cellitti will be working on setting up a trap shooting league in 2019. Jeff will submit a final plan at the BoD meeting in February.

We are reviewing mowing activities for 2019.

BoD elections are upcoming in March. All three directors and VP and Treasurer are up for election.
